A new idea for a "wine cellar" type area

In a previous post, I described an idea for a "wine cellar" nook in a wine store that consisted of arches that would span the aisles between shelves and walls to partially enclose one corner.  I think I have come up with a better idea, namely to use arches to very slightly enclose and mark off the entire back wall of the store.
